M45 & NGC1499 reprocessed
Roger Samworth

Well, holiday nearly over. Hit rate of 1 clear night out of 14!  Not too good & frustrating. I have had to satisfy myself by reprocessing a couple of the images I posted the other day.
The M45 image had the main stars seriously over-exposed in order to bring out the nebulosity. I DID manage to get a quick shot between the clouds at a lower exposure, and combining the 2 produces the attached image.
The California nebula image has benefitted from tweaking "curves" a bit to tease out a little more detail.
